As part of my attempt to stay active I have recently taken up hiking. For the last couple of months I’ve been going twice a week right after work.
Right at the beginning of what usually lasts between one and a half to two hours I take two survival tabs. The survival tabs coupled with staying property hydrated have literally kept me going.
Everyone that knows me can tell you I eat a lot and do not take starving well. Before I started hiking I would get dinner directly after work.
